As a Sales and Marketing Assistant within the software Business Development team at ISB Technologies, you will be responsible for assisting the team with the design and execution of all sales and marketing activities. In this role, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible to outreach and approach clients via several methods such as phone and email communication, while presenting ISB Technologies as a young and dynamic emerging software company. The selected candidate will also be expected to maintain great business relationships with existing and new clients, while also setting up and sitting in for meetings in which s/he will be assisting the Business Development team.
The ideal candidate is confident, well presentable, and approachable to any client while being able to make lasting, meaningful connections. This role will revolve around tech and software development, so a passion for tech and software will be considered as a great asset. Furthermore, the chosen candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English. Any additional fluency in any other language (especially Maltese) would also be considered as an asset. With this role, ISB Technologies aims to provide the next sales and marketing superstar to kickstart his / her career and grow together with the rest of the team.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for 1 to 2 years, and preferably in a B2B environment. Having studied or completed courses in a business-related diploma (at least to an A’ level standard) would also be considered as a great asset.
