Job Description

Infinite Fusion Services Ltd is an established leading M&E company that specialises in quality services of electrical and mechanical installations, for commercial and industrial needs. We have already established our mark in the local market by building a trust-based relationship and a loyal service that provides assurance with the completion of each project. With the following vacant post, we are looking to strengthen our team and continue to deliver an impeccable service.

The company requires an Account Manager to perform the following tasks:

  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicates client needs and demands to the employer company
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Reach prospective clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Keep records of client transactions
  • Cost budgets for the awarded and prospective projects
  • Work and supervise tendering and quotations
  • Coordinate with Project Manager preparation of bills and other reports of ongoing projects
  • Market research for suppliers and solutions

Requirements:

  • Qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Strong technical engineering understanding
  • Previous experience of managing technical teams
  • Experience of service delivery across high profile commercial offices
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
