Job Description

IK Collection is expanding once again and is looking to recruit a Project Manager to be able to manage the new projects that it has in the pipeline.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction and finish of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction and finishing process, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager will work closely with Architects, Contractors, Engineers, Designers and Management to a high-quality product.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Management and Project Consultants to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinating with Architects, Engineers, Designers and other Consultants to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Working within timelines and milestones for various phases of the projects.
  • Monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with project budgets.
  • Leading and supervising on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, and labourers.
  • Ensuring all team members adhere to project plans and safety regulations.
  • Participating in regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Ensuring that all construction and finishing work meets the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and material quality.
  • Addressing any quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Serving as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including hotel management, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Implement solutions to keep the project on track and minimize delays.
  • Prepare program of works.
