Honest Care Ltd. is a leading company in the pharma industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our growing team.

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our pharmacies, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Operations management, exceptional leadership capabilities and a strong ability to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations oversight: Manage and supervise daily operations, ensuring all pharmacies operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Budget management: Manage the operations budget and ensuring costs are controlled.
  • Sales: cultivating a strong sales culture within the team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Shift scheduling: Coordinate shift schedules and adjust rosters as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
  • Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder management: Work collaboratively with other departments and senior management to support company goals and initiatives.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks in operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
