Harmony Jets is a rapidly expanding aircraft management company based in Malta. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cost and Pricing Officer in the Accounts department to join our growing team.
As we push forward with ambitious plans, we are dedicated to enhancing the services we offer to our high-end clientele. This role will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the private aviation industry.
Position Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for updating our prices to ensure they remain competitive and analyzing received invoices to verify the accuracy and satisfaction of our quotes.
Duties:
- Maintain and update our pricing database;
- Communicate with business partners to ensure our prices are competitive;
- Receive and compare invoices with quoted prices, and promptly adjust our pricing based on real-time feedback;
- Perform cost control on received invoices.
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills;
- Critical thinking;
- Attention to detail;
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and fully comprehend information;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Knowledge or experience in the aviation industry is an advantage;
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
