Job Summary
The BCaBA Lead Case Supervisor oversees the implementation of ABA programs, supervises Behaviour Technicians, and supports the BCBA in ensuring effective behaviour intervention. They assist with functional assessments, monitor data collection, and provide guidance to ensure client progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Behaviour Technicians and ensure correct implementation of treatment plans.
- Assist in conducting functional behavior and skill assessments.
- Ensure data accuracy and client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust interventions as needed.
