Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order replacements as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Technical certifications are a plus
