Gallant Management Consultants Limited is seeking to recruit the services of an HR and Admin Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide support with the following:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to acquire additional knowledge and information about this people-related position. Candidates should have worked in an HR department with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. Basic knowledge in employment legislation and application for single work permits will be considered an asset.
Working from our offices in SmartCity, applicants interested in working part-time (20 hours a week) or full-time may apply. Applicants should possess a good command of the English language, be computer-oriented, be of a positive nature, be charismatic and able to work under pressure. A competitive remuneration package will be offered. Whilst academic qualifications are important, for the Company, experience is a priority.

The successful candidate will provide support with the following:
- Prepare and organise an HR folder containing HR tools / employment contracts and clients' information;
- Assist with the complete cycle of the recruitment and selection process;
- Assist with the changes / amendments in clients' employment contracts;
- Assist / organise in the preparation and amendments of clients' performance appraisal forms;
- Assist and update all HR administrative forms / documents as per the clients' requirements;
- Assist and follow clients' scheduled employee training programmes;
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of clients' organisational dialogue surveys;
- Assist with the preparation (in collaboration with clients) of employees' annual rewards;
- Liaise with the Marketing team regarding clients' vacancies to draft and upload;
- Capable of assisting the CEO with the drafting of clients' standard operating procedures;
- Assist the CEO with clients' employees cases, goals and commitments;
- Maintaining and organising the CEO schedule of clients and filing structure;
- Monitor and share any employment legislation updates with clients;
- Ensure the company website is updated with the latest information (liaise with webmaster);
- Other HR and Administrative matters arising.
