We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Senior Travel Agent to join our team at our Birkirkara head office.
This part-time job is available immediately.
Remuneration and sales commission adequate to experience and skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing clients with information and advice concerning their visits to Poland
- Selling travel packages
- Answering incoming calls / emails + social media prompts
- Creating and advising on new travel packages
- Maintaining contact with existing and new clients
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Planning tasks and providing reports on sales
- Following sales plans
- Keeping your work area tidy
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience at a travel agency
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Great work ethic and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented
- MS Office (Word, Excel) skills
