Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd., one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Junior Tax Accountant.
The successful chosen candidate will form part of a dynamic team that handles a predominantly international clientele operating across a wide range of industries as well as the firm’s private clients.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in further pursuing a career in taxation with a particular focus on tax compliance. The chosen candidate will be working as part of a team handling a portfolio of clients and under the ongoing supervision of other more senior members of the team.
General responsibilities will include:
- VAT returns and other related VAT documents.
- Tax computations and preparations of tax returns.
- Reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Managing a diversified portfolio of companies.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Providing quality service to clients.
Requirements of the ideal candidate:
- Undergoing their ACCAs / degree in Accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Having excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail–oriented and efficient.
- Able to work within a team.
