We are seeking to recruit an Internship Coordinator which is a junior role within our International team based in Malta.
What you would be doing:
- Finding suitable work placements for students in local Maltese companies
- Prepare necessary documentation for students
- Administrative procedures related to student bookings
- Taking care of the general wellbeing of the students whilst in Malta
- Setting welcome meetings and interviews with the host companies
- Taking students to the host companies for the interviews
- Having closing meetings with students before their departure
What skills you should possess:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of other European foreign languages would be considered an asset
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Excellent people skills
- Able to work well in a dynamic team
- Be highly organised and precise in your daily tasks
- Able to work on your own initiative
Mandatory requirements:
- Be over 18 of age
- Be a citizen of the EU or otherwise hold a valid work permit
