Job Description

Drop Chemicals Ltd is a manufacturing company dedicated to providing exceptional detergent products. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office expenses and petty cash.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with daily payment processing and account reconciliations.
  • Generate and print invoices, coordinating delivery schedules with customers.
  • Work closely with the storekeeper to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Knowledge of SIMS and SFM is considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
