Doneo Co Ltd is a leading importer of high-quality audio-video brands including Bose, Klipsch, Philips, and NEC. The company works within the retail, wholesale, and custom projects fields and is composed of a tight-knit team of employees. We pride ourselves on the ‘family feeling’ within Doneo where every individual is treated with respect. We are now looking to add a full-time Sales and CRM Executive to our employee base.
We are looking for a presentable and enthusiastic individual with a flair for sales to help us with the delivery of our high-end brand image and customer experience. The individual in question will work closely with our Head of Sales to ensure that our potential clients get prompt service.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to work in a tight team environment whilst having the aptitude to learn about our products and the technologies associated with them. Whilst not necessary any audio-video or technology knowledge will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Custom install project sales.
- Phone sales and customer relationship managment.
- Constant training on current and new products through training portals.
- Communication with our Marketing team to ensure our website is constantly updated with the latest technical information.
- Quote generation.
- CRM data inputting and filtering.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Be a team player contributing to the continued success, growth, and excellent reputation of the Company.
- Whilst not essential knowledge of AutoCAD or similar is considered an asset.
