Due to the growing demand for all our services, we are currently seeking to recruit Audit Seniors who are willing to join our energetic, dynamic and fast-growing audit team.

Our Audit team focuses on delivering high-quality audits, responsive to the needs of businesses. You will be a valued member of the team from day one and will get involved with client work quickly, exposing you to the depth of services that Horwath Malta provides and the wide variety of firms that we advise.
Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinating the audit engagement from planning to completion within the stipulated time frame and with the required expected level of quality.
- Communicating audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Preparing the financial statements in line with the relevant accounting frameworks including GAPSME and IFRS.
- Developing strong working relationships with the clients.
Qualifications and skills
- Candidates must be in possession of a university degree in Accountancy or have completed their ACCA or ACA professional qualification or be at an advanced stage of completing their ACCA or ACA qualification.
- Good working knowledge of GAPSME, IFRS and international auditing standards.
- Candidates must have at least between 1-2 years of experience in auditing.
- Be able to work independently and lead audit engagements.
- Be self-motivated and proactive.
- Have good interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with our clients.
