In your new role, you will cut sheets to meet specification and manages work to ensure production volumes and performance are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Takes ownership and leads immediate team to achieve performance and quality as best as possible.
- Ensure bank notes are cut to size and meet specifications.
- Uses Quick Scan to record all sizes and measurements.
- Adopt due diligence to avoid waste.
- Liaise with the single note examiner to ensure specifications are being met.
- Effectively hands over to the shouldering shift.
- The above list is not complete. You will be required to undertake other duties to support the needs of the Company.
Knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role
- O’ level standard in preferably English, Maltese and Mathematics.
- Two years experience on guillotine preferred.
- Paper handling experience.
- Exhibits a positive attitude and initiative.
- Must have motivation and interpersonal skills.
- Have a respectable work history with minimal attendance and lateness issues.
