Job Description
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide the day-to-day support required to our team and customers.
The role entails performing various administrative tasks including preparing reports, inputting on systems, preparing sales and delivery orders, managing our retail shop located within our premises and handling invoicing and handling of cash on a daily basis. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is essential for the position. You must speak and write fluently in Maltese and English, and if you have basic knowledge of the Italian language then this is an asset in the selection process. Must be computer-literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Applicants with experience in working in a busy office environment and able to work on initiative and with minimal supervision will be given preference.
