Main tasks and responsibilities
- Process customer deposits across a diverse range of currencies, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain strict adherence to procedural guidelines to ensure the integrity of transactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet common goals and maintain a high standard of service
- Conduct regular till reconciliations and keep your work area clean and organised
- Uphold the utmost confidentiality in all transactions and adhere strictly to our security policies and procedures
Educational and skill requirements
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications, with a preference for candidates experienced in Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills are essential
- Excellent teamwork capabilities and the ability to work well under pressure are highly valued
- Comfortable working in a monitored area to ensure security and compliance
