Contact Centre Agents (Italian Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for Temporary Agents to work on one of our new projects at Centrecom.

Ideal candidates will be representing our new client in the gaming industry and will be solely conducting outbound calls.

Working hours are (not negotiable):

  • Tuesdays to Fridays from 16:00 till 20:00
  • Saturdays from 10:00 till 15:00

  • One has to be fluent in both Italian and English, spoken and written;
  • Good communication and listening skills are very important in this role;
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision;
  • Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
