C&C Express Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of the company. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups
- Identify and understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer bookings and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in CRM system
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
