Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Promoter to join our team on a full or part-time basis. The main responsibilities would include attracting new customers and knowledge of the product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product promotion: Actively promote established and innovative products to customers by demonstrating features, offering samples, and explaining the offers.
- Customer engagement: Approach potential customers, initiate conversations, and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
- Brand representation: Uphold and enhance the brand image by always maintaining a professional and positive image.
- Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products being promoted
- Customer service: Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide relevant information to assist in the purchasing decision.
- Reporting: Track and report performance, customer feedback and inventory levels to management.
- Feedback collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve future promotional efforts and product offerings.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the team to coordinate promotional strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in engaging with potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Well-groomed and courteous to clients.
Working Conditions:
- May require standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed by management.
