Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, budget preparation, financial reporting, and ensuring the financial health of the organisation.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Lead the budget preparation process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the organisation’s financial stability.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications and experience:

  • A professional Accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards,
  • particularly local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
