We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Analyst and Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our expanding portfolio of projects.
Role Overview
The Tender Analyst and Billing Specialist will play a key role in analysing tender documents, preparing competitive bid submissions, and managing client billing processes. This position requires a high level of analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse tender documents, contracts, and requirements to identify and assess business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit detailed tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all client specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Project teams to gather cost estimates, technical information, and other necessary data for tenders.
- Oversee the billing cycle, preparing accurate invoices and ensuring timely submission to clients.
- Track and reconcile payment statuses, and follow up on overdue payments as needed.
- Generate regular reports on tender activities, billing performance, and key financial metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tender analysis, billing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, as well as contract and tender requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
