Job Description
APTC Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Tender Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view.
- Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
- Provide all the necessary project clarification / information upon project award to the Project Manager as per the project budget; advise the Project Manager on contractual rights and remedies which have been taken into consideration during tendering.
- Generate weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders including follow-ups.
- Evaluate and finalise subcontractor and vendor proposals.
Qualifications:
- Good PC skills and familiarity with MS software programs and email.
- Good command of English and Mathematics.
- Previous experience in a similar position within this position will be considered an asset.
