Amino Chemicals Ltd. is part of ABA Chemicals Corporation, Shanghai which provide custom manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnological and agrochemical industries worldwide. Amino Chemicals is an active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer that has been developing innovative and proprietary processes since 1993.
A vacancy has arisen in the Quality Control Laboratory for the position of QC Laboratory Analyst.
The ideal candidate should
- Preferably have a first degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology.
- Be fluent in English.
- Experience in a similar environment and with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience.
Main tasks
Reports to the QC Manager. Amongst other laboratory duties, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Analysing raw materials, intermediates, in-process, finished products and stability samples according to established methods and procedures.
- Preparing retention samples and to upkeep the relevant documentation.
- Carrying out routine calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks.
- Using analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as HPLC and GC.
- Interpreting data and adhering to strict guidelines on documentation when recording data.
