Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for supporting operational excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our Operations department. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in planning, scheduling, and supervising various administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while upholding our high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll use your interpersonal skills to support the Operations department in:

  • Planning and scheduling: Coordinate job planning and scheduling, working closely with the Operations Manager to meet customer demands.
  • Supervision: Provide supervision and administrative support for a variety of projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Customer relations: Maintain strong client relationships by meeting operational needs, handling issues, and responding promptly to information requests.
  • Health and safety: Compile health and safety reports, plan of works, method statements, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and quality across projects.
  • HR support: Process timesheets, manage leave approvals, and support HR needs for the Operations team.
  • Executive assistance: Support the General Manager and assist in maintaining Management systems, especially during audits.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Operations Executive or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally in both English and Maltese.
  • Tech aavvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability: Able to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
