Due to our rapidly expanding operations, we’re on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Administrative team based out of our Mriehel offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and servicing visitors;
- Handling phone calls and email requests in a timely and polite manner;
- Organizing meetings and office scheduling services;
- Data inputting and quality control;
- Coordinating travel arrangements, booking flights and arranging accommodation as directed;
- Liaising with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the department operations;
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary on administrative duties;
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings as needed;
- Filing, scanning, digitizing along with other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Be deadline and detail-oriented;
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English;
- Be willing to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team;
- Have strong organizational skills.
