Job Description

Our client is an investment Group with a portfolio of local and international investments. We take an active role in our investments and leverage our experience to ensure growth and best practise.

One of our portfolio companies, in the technology space, is seeking an ambitious and hard-working administration assistant to join their accounting and sales team and help ensure the smooth running of these two departments. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, including communication with internal and external stakeholders, document management, credit control and data entry amongst others. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Minimum Secondary level.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing high-quality support.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
