Job Description

Middlesea Assist Ltd is looking to recruit a full-time Assistance Coordinator to handle assistance requests from clients in need of help and ensure the service is rendered correctly and within the agreed time frame. The role is on a 3-shift basis; nights being in the minority (shifts and remote working are designed to minimize parking problems).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Receive and promptly tackle incoming queries for assistance services through various contact channels
  • Correspond with the contractor’s network by phone, chat or email to give the quickest and best service possible
  • Report service information according to standard operating procedures
  • Other insurance or assistance-related duties as may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of secondary level of education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook including the ability to learn to navigate new software
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Superior soft-skills and advanced ability in written communication
  • Multi-tasking and at-home in a fast paces environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
  • The following would be considered an asset:
    • Knowledge of basic home installation
    • Experience in a contact centre environment
    • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
