Job Description

Uniplural Group is a group of companies offering diversification within industries. The Group is growing and is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Executive to join its HR team.

About the Role
The HR Executive is responsible in supporting the HR department daily basis. The role will respond directly to the Group HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the time and attendance software and all HR related systems;
  • Maintaining physical employee files;
  • Organize and maintain digital personnel records;
  • Responsible for HR related activities;
  • Tackling daily HR issues and providing HR related support to all employees;
  • Assist with the communication of information affecting employer-employee relations;
  • Contribute to the development of the department’s goals;
  • Assist with employee onboarding and termination processes;
  • Maintaining all records in the HR systems in line with changes to contracts, and any other information that is relevant to the employment cycle whilst ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Keep a comprehensive log of assigned tasks to ensure consistency and contingency;
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures at all times;
  • Support in-house training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic record with relevant educational qualification in Human Resources or other related subject;
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a Human Resources department;
  • Proficiency in Maltese and English is a must.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work well both within a team and independently;
  • Knowledge of Jobsplus and Identita’ online portal
  • Experience with HR Payroll systems such as Shireburn;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks;
  • Well organised;
  • Good knowledge of Maltese employment law;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
