Job Description
Mekanika is a leading operator in the Building and Engineering Services industry, specialising in mechanical and electrical contracting, HVAC solutions, lifts and escalators, industrial products and facilities management.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Mechanical Supervisor. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the selected candidate will be assisting in the management and day-to-day site operations of plumbing / pipe fitting installations and preventive maintenance by managing the effective deployment of all resources and execution of works to reach Company objectives in a profitable and timely manner.
The selected individuals must:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Be well organised, have good managerial and leadership skills;
- Be capable of using MS Word / Excel and the MS Office package;
- Be a problem solver and have a good eye for detail;
- Be a team player with colleagues and superiors.
- Have a good command of the English language;
- Have a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and workplace safety;
