We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join our team and drive our stores’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, managing and mentoring a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that staff provide exceptional service and resolve any issues effectively.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock audits.
- Identify training needs and conduct staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing performance and making strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Maltese and English.
- Valid driving licence for Malta is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics.
- Must be available to work during weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.
