Job Description
Unec Equipment Co. (UNEC) in Malta is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Based in Burmarrad the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes, material required, objectives, and deliverables.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Submissions of tenders and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Monitoring project budgets and expenses, tracking variances and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintaining open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Visiting and monitoring project progress on sites.
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, ideally in a similar industry.
- A relevant qualification in Mechanical / Civil Engineering and/or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, including the ability to respond to the needs of team members and provide them with assistance as and when required.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing in Maltese and English.
