Job details
The role we are offering is in our Malta office and is primarily focused on the local market. The growth executive shall be responsible for answering all incoming requests, updating the software systems, informing the clients about the web shop’s capabilities and liaising with our supplier partners.
The Engineer title is applicable only to candidates with a B.Eng from any recognized institution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to inquiries promptly using software tools, emails, and phone calls.
- Providing the customer with a personalized experience by explaining website functionality on the phone, emails and using teams.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Visiting customers to illustrate the company concept as well as explaining website functionality.
- Organising workshops or demos for the customer.
- Liaising with suppliers in relation to opportunities.
- Performing costings on non-codified items.
- Submitting quotes to customers.
- Support other members of the team from time to time.
- Maintaining customer database.
Characteristics of who we are looking for:
- A self-starter who is energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Drive to complete tasks using honest and compassionate customer-facing tactics.
- Strong command of Maltese and English.
- Possess a driving license and their own means of transportation.
- Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to navigate websites with filters and many settings.
