Job Description
The company is looking to recruit qualified candidates who are interested in working as B1 Support Staff within our aircraft maintenance operations. Amongst others, main responsibilities include:
Tasks:
- Carry out aircraft maintenance work as outlined in the Company’s IQMove
- Take initiative to offer recommendations and solutions and provide feedback regarding the progress of work being carried out
- Support induction, training and development of employees working within the team
- To supervise the work of other personnel as and when necessary as assigned by the Area Leader
- To certify within the ‘Control Check’ box and inspection / perform column on the respective technical documentation for work carried out by self and others as necessary by Company and Aircraft Operator Procedures
- Ensure that the hangar and aircraft are kept clean and that Environmental, Health, Safety and Security regulations are being adhered to
- Ensure all technical paperwork is correct and complete for all tasks carried out
Requirements:
- To hold a minimum EASA Part 66 B1 licence with Aircraft Types endorsed (ideally any combination of A320 / A330 / A340 / A350 and B787)
- To have the required Continuation and Human Factors Training or any other mandatory technical training and training in IQMove
- Be able to lead people effectively and demonstrate the ability to collect and process information, solve problems and take decisions
