Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Purchasing and Stores Manager within the Preluna Ltd, which currently includes the Preluna Hotel with various amenities and restaurants.
Your role as Purchasing and Stores Manager will be to procure quality food, beverages, materials, equipment and supplies for the hotel at competitive prices.
Previous hotel-related experience in Purchasing would be considered an asset. Administrative work related to the above is also required.
