Job Description
F. Schembri Holdings Ltd comprises a group of companies covering all aspects of the construction industry including civil works, manufacturing of pre-cast elements, infrastructural works including major roadwork and other capital projects, steel structures fabrication, mechanical and electrical installations, joinery and internal finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- To perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data;
- Posting of petty cash vouchers and reconciliation of petty cash;
- Posting of cash and bank transactions and reconciliations of bank accounts;
- Keeping updated filing and file references.
Qualifications and Experience
- O’ level standard of education;
- Excellent data entry skills – fast and accurate;
- Highly organised with a positive attitude;
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- A problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative;
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English;
- Have a clean police conduct.
