Marketing Administrators are integral in supporting the Fulfilment and Sales department by handling various administrative tasks and coordinating marketing activities. This position is essential for ensuring that the Fulfilment team operates efficiently and effectively.

Role description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our Fulfilment team.  The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting campaign execution. This position is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to contribute to the success of the execution of various campaigns.

Role responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Fulfilment team, in assigning tickets as per the required workloads.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns on behalf of Clients.
  • Maintain and update the fulfilment calendar to ensure timely execution of all activities.
  • Support digital marketing efforts by assisting with the management of social media accounts, website updates, and email campaigns.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries and requests from internal teams related to fulfilment activities.

Attitude and attributes

  • A diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Marketing department.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, Google Platforms and SEO Tools.
  • Possesses a doer’s attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in marketing and a desire to grow within the field.
