An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for the post of IT Software Support on a full-time basis with Express Group, Malta’s leading transport and total logistics operator and the authorised distributor for Hammer Maskin, and Clark Fork Lifters.
The ideal candidate shall provide support to internal customers for internal software systems and process workflows, to liaise with software suppliers and other related support duties.
The selected candidate must:
- Experience with computer and peripheral hardware;
- A logistics background is an asset. Otherwise willing to learn Logistics;
- Previous work experience in similar roles will be considered a strong asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 will be considered an advantage;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Eager to continuously learn and improve;
- Able to manage time, pending tasks and work in a team as well as individually with limited supervision;
- Proactive, take initiative and demonstrates attention to detail;
- Naturally interested in and keeps updated on the latest software technologies;
- Performs well under pressure;
- Any IT / computing qualifications are preferable.
