Job Description
Drop Chemicals Ltd is a manufacturing company dedicated to providing exceptional detergent products. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office expenses and petty cash.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
- Assist with daily payment processing and account reconciliations.
- Generate and print invoices, coordinating delivery schedules with customers.
- Work closely with the storekeeper to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Knowledge of SIMS and SFM is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
