Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Google Specialist to join our dynamic team at Redorange. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies and Google advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, and analytics tools to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform.
    • Schedule, monitor, and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
  • Google Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) to meet client objectives.
    • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and create effective ad groups.
    • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Manage budgets, bids, and ad placements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media and Google Ads performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and third-party analytics platforms.
    • Generate regular performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvement.
    • Track KPIs to ensure campaigns meet or exceed client goals.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and brand voice.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on campaign performance and progress.
    • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and social media content.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously test new strategies, platforms, and tools to enhance campaign performance.
    • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in social media management and Google Ads, preferably within an agency setting.
    • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and Google Ads management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications:
    • Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.
    • Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
