Job Description
Zampa Debattista is a firm of certified public Accountants, located in Mosta and we are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of income tax returns and computations for both corporate entities and individuals
- Preparation of income tax refund claim forms, shareholder registration and dividend warrants
- Assisting individual clients with respect to any provisional tax payments and social security contributions
- Preparation of DAC 6 reports
- Liaising with the tax authorities on tax compliance matters as may be required
Education, Skillsets and Requirements
- Currently in the final stages of obtaining an ACCA qualification or equivalent qualification in Accountancy
- Have a good knowledge of the Maltese income tax system
- Be results-driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Have an excellent command of English
- Be analytical with good problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment
