Launch your career with bet365, a truly global digital business serving millions of customers worldwide. Based in Malta, the Graduate programme is aimed to fast track your progression to a Supervisor role within 18 months, helping shape the future of our operations.

We seek ambitious graduates, fluent in one or more supported languages, including English, eager to transition into management roles.

You will rotate through various teams, gaining insight into Customer Service, Customer Due Diligence, Gaming Products, Anti Money Laundering, Responsible Gambling, CRM, business improvement projects, and more.

Our structured 18-month program includes mentorship from Senior Managers, preparing you for a supervisory role at the end of the scheme. After successfully completing the programme, you will have a permanent position as an Operational Supervisor, which is the first step into early management.

This full-time position requires flexibility, with a rolling rota of five days from seven, including evening shifts and public holidays.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Upper Second Class Honors degree or higher, obtained within the last three years.
  • Fluent in one or more of the supported languages: English, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish.
  • First-class interpersonal skills to work as part of a team and lead others.
  • Genuine passion for Operations Management in a busy, customer-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a people-centric mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Research and analysis skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to listen, learn, and grow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Embarking on a 12-18 month development program designed to fast-track your career progression.
  • Participating in a rotational scheme, introducing you to key functions and colleagues.
  • Engaging with mentors from bet365’s Senior Management from day one.
  • Taking on real management and task responsibility in a supportive environment.
