Job Description
The Corinthia Group of Hotels (Malta) are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and organised individual to join the Central Reservations Office.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating directly with clients, offering prompt, friendly, and courteous service to customers at all times
- Receiving calls from customers and handling their queries
- Processing all incoming reservations and queries and the up-keep of the reservations records amongst other duties
- Ensuring internal procedures are constantly being followed
The ideal candidate will:
- Be logical, attentive, accurate and able to multi-task
- Be well-organised and possess time management skills
- Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Be sales oriented and customer-focused
- Have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and another European language
- Be computer proficient in Word, Excel and Opera reservations system
- Be knowledgeable with online bookings, tour operators and corporate reservations handling
- Able to work flexible hours
