Job Description
Tipster Ltd. is currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Executive.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to customers via all available channels of communication (email, telephone and chat).
  • Liaising with other departments across the business.
  • Assisting the department in reporting market activities.
  • Keeping up to date with promotions, competitions and special offers.
  • Review the financial activity of online customer accounts.
  • Handle KYC process.
  • Investigate and process withdrawal requests via different payment methods offered and follow established internal procedures.
  • Accurately process customer bank deposits.
  • Keep up to date with internal processes changes.
  • Investigate payments issues.
  • Focused on fast resolution of payment related queries when assisting customer service agents via email and chat.
  • Helping to develop and improve our product and support of new product launches and / or promotions.

Desirable skills:
  • Fluent German with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Experience within a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience and understanding of iGaming industry is an asset, however not essential.

The role:

The ideal candidate will have worked in iGaming previously and have an interest in sports and betting in general. The candidate must have a high level of concentration and be able to work quickly and professionally to ensure that the highest level of support is provided to every customer.
