Job Description

As the national bus operator, we cover 30 million kilometres every year with our fleet of over 400 buses and a team of over 1,300 people.

The Company is seeking to recruit a mature, reliable and energetic individual for the following position in the commercial department: part-time Administration Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corresponding with suppliers, clients and other stakeholders
  • Compiling data
  • Filing correspondence and other paperwork
  • Making and receiving telephone calls related to the company’s commercial activity
  • Preparing purchase orders for the commercial department
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting with the preparation and printing of bus schedules
  • Liaising with other departments to assist with bus advertising
  • Updating the Intranet and the Company’s website

The ideal candidates will:
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience and skills in MS applications, namely MS Excel and MS Word, preferably with an ECDL qualification 
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn
  • To enjoy working with people
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Good administrative skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
