If yes, our people and change (P5+) advisory team would like to speak with you. Our team of experts assist companies to identify the best ways in which to achieve their business objectives through their greatest asset, their people. We specialise in all areas related to talent management, including: talent acquisition, talent development, talent retention, workforce analytics and change management.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Active role in the coordination, development and delivery of talent development programmes
  • Active role in talent management advisory team engagements
  • Promoting people and change (P5+) advisory services, sourcing new clients and business development
  • General administration of the talent management platform and related projects
  • Any other duty that falls within the competence of the talent management assistant advisor and remit of the people and change (P5+) department

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally prospective candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of HR and talent management dynamics 
  • Must have completed tertiary education leading to a diploma or degree in an HR / management or psychology-related subjects 
  • Preferably have at least 1 year experience in HR practice
