Job Purpose

Forming part of the customer service team and located in Naxxar,  the main responsibilities of this role include dealing with technical customer requests and enquiries in a professional, timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer as well as monitoring traffic and various systems within the messaging, telecoms and enterprise industries.

We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a highly dynamic, challenging yet rewarding environment within a young team.  He / she must be passionate about customer service, customer delight and first contact resolution and motivated to be part of an organisation that has high quality customer values and champions innovation.

Our ideal candidate will:
  • be able to work a 24/7 roster with minimal supervision;
  • be computer literate with very good knowledge of MS applications;
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • have strong analytical, technical trouble shooting and problem solving skills;
  • be a customer centric team player with a “can do” attitude;
  • have the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact;
  • have the ability to multi-task and prioritise;
  • easily adapt to change;
  • enjoy keeping up to date with the latest technology, products and services.

Although previous experience in a customer service or technical contact centre environment is not necessary as full on the job training will be provided, it will nevertheless be considered as an advantage for this position.
