Job Description
We are a global payments company and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager, with a background of onboarding and or managing accounts to join our busy and thriving team. As a Relationship Manager, you will have the responsibility of onboarding new businesses. You will have excellent networking experience, able to develop strong relationships throughout a business to ensure we are maximising our potential. You will have the opportunity to work within a fast paced and social environment experiencing tremendous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team where necessary with bringing in new business.
  • Work closely with sales and account management departments and keep up to date with the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the effective on-boarding of new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, both internal and external.
  • Identify and implement strategies to streamline and improve onboarding processes.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data held in salesforce and other data systems are kept up to date. 
  • Leading periodical account reviews and effectively communicating with all departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Coordination with the relevant departments to execute the clients' instructions. 
  • Preparation of the clients' KYC and updating the same on an ongoing basis.
  • Using clients` feedback to improve services and offers.

Requirements
  • Experience in relationship / account / sales / business development roles within payments industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving significant value for organisations through building long-term business relationships and delivering to stretching targets.
  • Knowledge of online and mobile payment processing and the ecommerce industry.
  • Experience in merchant acquiring payments, SEPA, swift, card issuing, e-wallet or FX is highly desirable.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
